District Services

  • Promote local resources and provide a County voice about best practices and opportunities
  • Offer our annual Spring Conservation Plant Sale, Trout Sale, and sale of Cover Crop Seed
  • Educate the community through workshops, presentations, tours and events, in collaboration with experts and community partners
  • Support on-the-farm climate adaptation and mitigation through the NH Conservation Districts Climate Resilience Grant
  • Host the annual Local Work Group in coordination with NRCS, to seek feedback on District programming and NRCS funding priorities
  • Provide Soil Potential Index calculations for the NH Current Use Program and soils information to local landowners
  • Promote Soil health equipment rental: Salford Aerway Soil Aerator, with Soil Compaction Probes available on-loan
  • Gather and uplift conservation success at our Annual Meeting
  • Provide stewardship education materials and camp scholarships for students
  • Historical aerial photos 1930’s -1990’s
  • Wetland Inventory maps, FEMA Flood Hazard maps
